Refund Policy


We aim to make every purchase smooth and reliable. Please read our refund rules before buying.


1. General Rule

Due to the digital and non-reversible nature of our products, all sales are final once a license key is delivered.


2. Exceptions (Refunds May Apply)

Refunds are considered only in these cases:

  • Duplicate purchase (accidental second payment).
  • Failed delivery (key not received and verified by support).
  • Technical payment error (overcharged or incomplete transaction).

You must open a support ticket within 24 hours of purchase to request review. Refund decisions are final and at Specter’s discretion.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Game bans, account suspensions, or penalties.
  • Detection status changes after purchase.
  • User error (e.g., wrong system settings, unsupported hardware).
  • “Change of mind” after purchase.

4. Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without contacting Specter support first, we reserve the right to:

  • Disable all active licenses.
  • Restrict future purchases.
  • Share fraud data with payment processors.
